3. Remove the word "YOU" from failure.
4. Take action and reduce your fear
5. Change your response to failure by accepting responsibility

Some people giving up easily because they failed but failing is just a test from GOD the father.
every failure that we conquer there is a purpose why we encounter that failure is because God want us to be strong to believe in our true identity and to remember that we are a child of the most HIGH GOD. and if you know that God is with your and he will save you who shall you FEAR.? remember all the trials that we encounter is already written by the master plan of our God. All the things that is happening to us is according to his plan, and we must live are life by his will and not are will be done we must surrender are self to him so that we can live by his plan. take not "BE BIGGER THAN YOUR ASSIGNMENT". focus your eyes with Jesus.

TO DIRECT YOU - God give us direction one what are the things that we must do. he will tell us what path we should take. God will help us to determine which path we must take.
TO INSPECT YOU- God inspect us if we're going to be HONEST with HIM in PRAYER. ( God knows what are the desire that we want, he just what us to be honest to him for him to give what we want (ALWAYS BE HONEST AND PATIENCE ).
TO CORRECT YOU- God correct us for are mistake that we made. He teach us and that mistakes lead to and inspiration to be more mature enough to overcome all the negative tough in are mind.
TO PROTECT YOU- God give us protection for us not to be harm in the calamity that we use to have.
